We all generally love pleasant scents. The human nose can detect over one trillion different smells. Another fact is an individual sense of smell is more sensitive than their sense of taste.

Be sure to keep your lips moisturized with a gloss or Vaseline. Keep breath mints in your pocket to refresh your breath all day.

Showering twice a day keeps your body feeling fresh and relaxed. Double cleansing is great way to keep you smelling great. Double cleansing is when you wash your body with soap then wash again with a shower gel. Apply deodorant to dry armpits. Moisturize your body with a sweet smelling lotion or butter afterwards. Apply perfume to your pulse points. Apply Vaseline first to those points so that the perfume may last longer. The pulse points are behind your ear lobes, neck, between your breasts, under the armpits, inner elbows, inside the wrists, below the belly button, lower back, inner knees and ankles. Invest in a scent of your choice that you love. It will bring you immense pleasure even on gloomy days.

Washing your feet on a daily basis and drying them completely before putting on your socks and shoes is essential in preventing diseases. Moisturizing your feet after washing prevents dry feet thus cracking. To prevent smelly feet wash your shoes and socks and make sure they are completely dry before putting them on. Use fungal powder every day if you have athlete foot.

Finding a scent that you adore is essential to your mental health. Smelling good increases your confidence thus making you more attractive.
